About the Speaker
Brief Introduction: He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Qatar University and currently serves as the Assistant Director of the Information Systems Department at the Ministry of Municipality. Mr. Omar has over two decades of extensive experience across various sectors of the ministry, having participated as a member of numerous local and regional committees and teams related to regulatory and developmental aspects of e-services and information technology.
